LTM received the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India’s Excellence in Integrated Annual Report – BRSR award for FY25 in the Service Large-Cap category.
The recognition spotlights how we brought financial performance and Business Responsibility and Sustainability Reporting (BRSR) together into a single, clear, consistent narrative.
What This Recognition Signals

That’s the standard we aimed for in our FY25 Integrated Annual Report. We focused on clarity across performance, governance, material topics, risks, and accountability. We built a report that stakeholders can read, trust, and act on.
About the Award
ICAI evaluated 180 participating companies for this recognition. In the Service Large-Cap category, 36 organizations competed for the award. ICAI presented the award at the ICAI World Forum of Accountants on February 1, 2026.
The dignitaries presented the award and marked its national importance. Shri Arjun Ram Meghwal, Union Minister of Law and Justice and Union Minister of State for Parliamentary Affairs, and Dr. Raj Bhushan Choudhary, Union Minister of State in the Ministry of Jal Shakti, presented the award. This was done in the presence of CA Charanjot Singh Nanda, President of ICAI; CA Prasanna Kumar D, Vice President of ICAI; CA Priti Paras Savla, Chairperson of SRSB; CA (Dr.) Sanjeev Kumar Singhal, Vice-Chairman of SRSB, and other honorable dignitaries.
