The awards include recognition in the following categories: Middle East, Africa & Türkiye Customer Success Category, Europe West Customer Success, and North America Cloud/Technology Business Impact.

The Customer Success Award recognizes partners who have achieved high levels of customer satisfaction through their cloud journey services or adoption of cloud technology platforms. The Business Impact award highlights partners who have successfully addressed customer challenges by packaging a set of capabilities and best practices, showcasing measurable results such as ease of solution implementation, manageability, human capital efficiencies, cost savings, reduced technical debt, and return on investment (ROI). Additionally, these partners have excelled in specific solution areas, industry verticals, or customer segments using Oracle’s technology, products, and services.
