Analytics India Magazine’s ‘Rising 2023 Conference’ celebrates the achievements of tech firms and their commitment to creating a more equitable future for women in technology. The ‘Best Firms for Women in Tech’ award celebrates and recognizes firms who have worked hard to ensure that women remain the driving force of the tech workforce.

At LTIMindtree, we are dedicated to establishing a work setting where women are celebrated and empowered – a workplace that enables them to prosper. Initiatives like DIWA, initiated by Data & Analytics practice at LTIMindtree aim to increase awareness, groom leaders and encourage as well strengthen women presence in Data, Analytics & AI. Our DIWA initiative serves as a platform for women to engage, network, collaborate, and share experiences. As part of this initiative, we have curated an array of programs and events, including internal & external speaker sessions, mentorship, workshops, training sessions, and leadership development programs, to foster the career growth and development of women within our organization. Additionally, DIWA actively observes International Women’s Day and other significant events to endorse gender equality and the significance of diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
