The client is a global leader intelligent power and sensing solutions, serving the automotive and industrial sectors. With a focus on megatrends like vehicle electrification and safety, sustainable energy grids, industrial automation, and 5G and cloud infrastructure, the company holds strong leadership positions across several high-growth markets. To stay competitive amid shifting market conditions and operational demands, the client sought to modernize its technology foundation.

The intelligent power and sensing industry is undergoing rapid transformation, influenced by shifts in global supply chains, fluctuating demand cycles, and the rising complexity of customer expectations. Supply chain disruptions from material shortages to logistical bottlenecks continue to challenge delivery timelines and inventory planning. Simultaneously, economic slowdowns often trigger inventory corrections, leading to decreased orders and underutilized capacity.

LTIMindtree partnered with the client to launch a strategic supply chain modernization initiative rooted in a unified, cloud-first data architecture. The engagement focused on eliminating redundancy, accelerating time-to-insight, and embedding agility into operations.

  • Conducted a detailed audit of legacy systems and designed a phased migration approach to Snowflake, ensuring near-zero disruption.
  • Unified fragmented data from Oracle EBS and other legacy sources into a single Snowflake Enterprise Data Warehouse, enabling scalable and secure access.
  • Migrated visualization tools from Qlik to Tableau and Power BI, consolidating dashboards and standardizing analytics processes.
  • Overhauled supply chain planning systems by transitioning from Kinaxis to Blue Yonder, unlocking real-time forecasting and agility.
  • Integrated Tableau with Snowflake for centralized analytics and near real-time reporting across functions.

This transformation served as a pivotal step in the client’s broader data modernization journey, replacing scattered legacy tools with a future-ready, cloud-native platform.
