The client is an American multinational retail and consumer goods corporation that offers high-quality products for everyday use to consumers worldwide. The client's products are known for superior performance and value.

The Challenge

• Multiple infra provisioning with various combinations of Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services required the creation of infra-provisioning blueprints using IaC templates
• Security enablement and role-based access controls in infra and app deployment were needed in other cloud-to-Google Cloud migrations
• Managing different Google Cloud service releases across various environments was difficult. CI/CD automation for app build and deployment had to be enabled

LTM Solution

LTM helped the client with infra and application migration from other clouds to Google Cloud. Also, provided architecture support for client applications to be on-boarded on Google Cloud, enabled CI/CD through Google Cloud DevOps and automated provisioning of Google Cloud services.

• Designed and implemented complex architecture to create a pre-requisite Google Cloudlanding zone and enabled automated provisioning via Terraform. 
• Enabled CI/CD automation through Google Cloud services using Terraform
• Implemented version controls to support both older and new features of Google Cloud services across various deployments
• Implemented security controls and developed validation policy as per TSS|CIS compliance
