The client is a global organization specializing in fire and security business, and a manufacturing conglomerate divested the client to APi group. While migrating the IT estate, it was critical to maintain data integrity and follow the contracted timeline.

Challenges

The client’s timeline was rigid and non-negotiable due to a Transitional Service Agreement (TSA) with the seller. It was imperative to maintain concurrency with all dependent IT systems and applications while minimizing business disruption. Furthermore, replicating data across database platforms posed a critical challenge.
