Materiality drives every strategic decision at LTM. Each year, we systematically identify and prioritize the economic, environmental, and social issues that matter most to our business and stakeholders, guided by global standards like GRI Universal Standards 2021.
Emerging ESG risks are carefully evaluated, with insights reviewed by the Enterprise Risk Management team and reported to the Board-level Audit Committee. We consider business impact, organizational values, industry benchmarks, and stakeholder perspectives to ensure a holistic view.
