Laxmikant R. Dawane

Laxmikant is a Mechanical Engineer with 28 years of industry experience, including 20 years at LTM, where he leads the Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) practice. He specializes in delivering IT projects for asset-intensive sectors such as Oil & Gas, Utilities, and Manufacturing. Laxmikant has spearheaded initiatives to modernize client EAM applications and, together with LTM's IBM Maximo COE team, recently upgraded a North American client to the latest IBM MAS version on IBM Cloud. He has also developed IBM MAS-based proof of concepts (POCs) and a Gen AI solution for corrective work order management using watsonx.ai.
