The client is a leading electricity supplier in the United Kingdom with a plant that generates enough electricity to power approximately 1.5 million homes and is linked to one of Europe’s largest battery storage assets.

Key Challenges

• Separating complex business systems from a well-established parent organization
• Integrating with the permit system, seal print solution, and banks in a challenging environment
• Migrating data and setting up workflows with multi-level approval processes
• Implementing specific processes for finance business transactions and reporting 

LTM Solution 

The program was split into three phases.

Discovery Phase

Assessment accomplished on system landscape, business processes, product comparison analysis, and drawn best-suited solutions with business process mapping list and implementation road map. In the product selection phase, we shortlisted “RISE with SAP” (S/4HANA Private Cloud on AWS) offering from SAP.

Solution Design Phase

The team created detailed solution design with re-engineered processes, key performance indicators, integrations, and derived persona for business through LTM transformation design.

Implementation Phase

The digital transformation program followed S/4HANA Activate methodology with industry cloud solution with SAP BTP, Fiori-based business transactions, integrations, role-based training, change management, and data migration through LTM power industry transformation reckoners.
