The customer is a publicly-traded provider of various forms of financing to purchasers and lessees, and authorized independent dealers of automotive products in the United States and Canada.

Challenges

• A high volume of customizations.
• Unsupported Database DB2 version for some Oracle code.
• Parallel project execution impacting tool object versions.
• Due to server restrictions, the project required two PUM DEMO Image 32 instances, one for upgrade and one for a P2P implementation project.
• A large number of testing scenarios needed to be tested in each validation phase.

• Use of LTM tool-Probe SQR to identify customization at a rapid pace
• Use of PTF to reduce effort and time during the testing phase
• Strong liaison with Oracle to get the code specific to DB2
• With CDB-PDB backup-restore,  LTM was able to host two PUM demo Image 32 instances on one server
