MES Solution Delivers End-to-End Product Traceability for German Auto Component Supplier
LTM developed a unified MES product traceability solution for a German auto component supplier. The manufacturing traceability system enabled end-to-end traceability solutions across plants in Germany, Poland, and Austria. The project integrated ERP and shop floor systems, increased MES for supply chain visibility, automated communications, enabled product lifecycle traceability and improved logistics. Key outcomes included 25–30% cost savings, reduced manual effort, and optimised warehouse and production space through just-in-time processes.
