Challenges

• The client faced a humungous challenge in ensuring adherence to International Labor Standards (ILS) across facilities producing its branded goods.
• More than 40,000 facilities had to be monitored across 200 countries with region-specific rules.
• The process of registering for a new provision, Facility and Merchandise Authorization (FAMA) approval and auditing processes were manual, time-consuming and had additional costs.
