Business Goals

• Implementation of the newly introduced Oracle ERP Cloud (AP, AR, GL, FA, CM, AHCS, RMCS) and SCM (covering Procurement, Inventory, Order management, WMS, Planning and Collaboration) encountered difficulties in terms of user acceptance and adoption.
• There were major gaps between the functionalities that the client desired and the functionalities that were delivered by the product.
• The existing bespoke Warehouse Management System (WMS) and the in-house ERP application had scalability issues and could not cater to the client’s fast-growing business needs.

LTM Solution

• Assessed existing implemented SaaS configurations and leveraged our Oracle Cloud Assessment tool for fitment analysis.
• Developed various PaaS extensions aimed at satisfying essential customizations, resembling those found in SaaS functionalities such as Job Work, Vehicle Master, MSL, importPO, and more.
• Extended and integrated procurement, inventory, and order management of Oracle supply chain management (SCM) for the Custom WMS system.
• Developed various reports showing real-time data analysis across all warehouses using Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC).
• Built a high-performance web portal using Oracle PaaS technologies (VBCS, OIC, IDCS, and ATP Database) to address customized WMS requirements which is hosted on OCI using Oracle DevOps (Visual Builder Studio).
• Integrated Handheld Terminals (HHT) and barcode scanner with Oracle SCM to digitize and standardize the processes.
• Developed and integrated a mobile application with WMS to eliminate paper-based processes.
