Being a UNESCO World Heritage Site and in-line with the design, development and preservation standards, the authority aimed to develop the district by creating an environment that enhances its historic and national relevance, giving its community a better quality of life, aligned with their Quality of Life Program.
The key challenges faced by the client were – inadequate documentation, regulatory compliance, reduced productivity, absence of comprehensive project planning in terms of cost and operations, and lack of collaborative and communication efforts.
