LTIMindtree Named APAC Geography Winner of IBM Partner Plus Award in the Digital Labor Category

LTIMindtree has been announced as the geography winner of the 2024 IBM Partner Plus Award in the “Digital Labor” category for APAC.

LTIMindtree, in collaboration with IBM, harnessed the power of IBM’s watsonx Orchestrate platform in Digital Labor for unlocking the power of data. Our solution was two-fold:

• Conversational AI: We created a personalized and efficient digital workforce by leveraging watsonx Orchestrate’s conversational AI.
• HR functions: Our expertise in HR allowed us to focus on talent acquisition, HR mobility, and performance management.

The implementations have shown significant business outcomes in the HR functional areas by enhancing skills, increasing productivity, reducing HR support efforts, and improving efficiency. Additionally, the solution has transformed promotion, feedback, appraisal review, and internal mobility processes, allowing organizations to exhibit their commitment to employee development and growth.

The inaugural IBM Partner Plus Awards celebrate business partners in the IBM Ecosystem who advance businesses, reshape industries, and create positive impact through partnership. Entries were anonymized and judged on expertise, partnership, impact, and innovation. Award winners were selected from hundreds of submissions across six categories.

As a winner in APAC, LTIMindtree has also been named a finalist for the global awards, winners of which will be announced at IBM Partner Plus Day during Think 2024 on May 20, 2024.
